RETURNS POLICY

Returning or exchanging an item is easy; to ensure this please request your Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within seven days of receiving your order.

RECEIVING YOUR RMA

 1. Please sign into your account and select My Orders. Select the order number containing the items you would like to return.

 2. Click on the RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM button and select a reason why you want to return your item(s). If an item is damaged, please provide details why.

 3. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, please choose the appropriate one.

 4. Once you request a refund, you can select how you would like to be credited. This needs to match the original payment method used when the items were purchased.

5. Once you check the box to agree with our return policy, you will  receive an email containing your RMA number which is valid for 14 days.

 RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

 1. Please book a collection with the relevant courier by calling your nearest couriers office. Sign the returns proforma invoice that you received with your order (and fill in the courier air waybill if applicable). Please leave your package open until the driver has checked the contents.

2. Once your return has been received, you will be notified by email to confirm that it has been accepted.

There is no charge when exchanging items for a different size. If you are based outside the EU, shipping is free but you will need to pay duties and taxes on the replacement item.

To exchange an item, simply specify the new size you require at the time of requesting your RMA and follow the instructions above. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit (which is valid for one year from the date it was issued) and purchase the new item separately.

Items should be returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached. In addition, shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. We may not accept merchandise which is not received in the above specified conditions. Furthermore, to ensure that your return is suitably protected in transit, we recommend you send your items back to us in the original packaging provided.

Free collection does not apply to items returned from a different country to the original shipping destination.
